WHAT IS THE BEST CLEANING PRODUCT TO USE?
Any non-abrasive cleaner will work best on our products. Most aerosols and pump sprays will list cultured stone as safe to clean with their product. Abrasive cleansers like Comet or Soft Scrub will dull the finish and should not be used on our smooth high-gloss finish. Also watch the ammonia content in cleaners and use options with a lower ammonia content.
WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE?
We will install our products as far north as Shallotte, NC and as far south as Georgetown, SC. We also install west to the Aynor, Loris and Marion areas.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Simply call or come by the Showroom. If you call, we will write up a work order for one of our Field Managers to meet with you on the job and review your plans. If you come by the Showroom, bring your plans and review our displays to get an idea of the variety of products we can offer to fit your plans and ideas. We will still meet with you at the jobsite to review and custom measure your project in order to place an order for the items you need to get started.
HOW DO I HANDLE PAYMENT?
All projects require payment in full at time of order. Full payment will ensure your projects are ordered for your job and on schedule for installation. Custom shower door payment is due immediately following installation. Any cancellations after 72 hours of project order will be assessed a restocking fee. All orders are custom made for your specific project and therefore cannot be returned, resold or reused. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards and Discover. We do not accept American Express at this time. Payments can be mailed to our post office box in Myrtle Beach or delivered to our Showroom. The mailing address is: PO Box 961, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578.
DO YOU HAVE STOCK OR STANDARD SIZE ITEMS ON HAND FOR PURCHASE?
Since we are a custom size manufacturer, we make everything to order. Therefore, you will not find finished items on hand for purchase. Standard sizes are still made to order as if they were custom.
