WHAT IS THE BEST CLEANING PRODUCT TO USE?

Any non-abrasive cleaner will work on our products.  Most aerosols and pump sprays will list cultured marble as safe to clean with their product.  Abrasive cleansers like Comet or Soft Scrub will dull the finish and should not be used on our smooth high-gloss finish.

WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE?

We will install our products as far north as Shallotte, NC and as far south as Georgetown, SC.  We also install west out to the Aynor area.

DO YOU REMOVE OLD OR ORIGINAL MATERIAL?

Although we do a large volume of remodel work, we do not handle the removal of old or existing items.  This should be the job of a professional re-modeler who has experience in the proper way to handle the removal of these products in a finished home. 

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Simply call or come by the showroom.  If you call, we will write up a work order for one of our measuring specialists to meet with you on the job and review your plans.  If you come by the showroom, bring your plans and review our displays to get an idea of the variety of products we can offer to fit your plans and ideas.  Then, we will still meet you at the jobsite to review and measure to place an order for the items you need to get started.

HOW DO I HANDLE PAYMENT?

Our policy is to receive a 50% deposit for the items being ordered prior to production of those items.  The balance is due upon completion of the installation or pick up of the items ordered.  We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time.  Deposits and payments can be mailed to our post office box in Myrtle Beach or delivered to our showroom.  The mailing address is:  PO Box 961, Myrtle Beach, SC  29578.

DO YOU HAVE STOCK OR STANDARD SIZE ITEMS ON HAND FOR PURCHASE?

Since we are a custom size manufacturer, we make everything to order.  Therefore, you will not find finished items on hand for purchase.  Standard sizes are still made to order as if they were custom.
