Testing

But don’t just take our word for it.  Unlike many manufacturers in the area, we have our products tested annually by an independent laboratory designed to test for consistency and quality.  This lab tests our products to meet the strict standards set by the National Association of Homebuilders as well as the Government Office of Housing and Urban Development.  We are proud to say that our products have never failed a test since the program’s inception more than a decade ago.

Whether you are building a new home or renovating an old one, we know that you have a lot of questions to be answered and selections to be made in all aspects of the project.  When you come to Easton Industries, we want you to be able to enjoy the selection process and the experience.  Although we have the largest showroom in the area, we have designed it so that you can understand your choices quickly and easily.  Our showroom personnel each have more than 10 years of experience with our company and will always have an answer to your question.  We know that most everyone that comes through our door does not have any experience with our products and we are happy to take the time to familiarize you with them.  Most importantly, we strive to keep you within your budget and we can direct you to the selection choices that will not exceed your allowances.

Installation and Turnaround Time

Timeliness is critical to the building process.  Our motto is simple:  “Do what you say you are going to do when you say you are going to do it”.  This is why most of the contractors in the area have come to rely on us year after year for timely service and installation.  Ask around and you’ll find a long list of satisfied builders that use Easton Industries exclusively for their cultured marble products.   

Our installers are Easton employees, not outside hires paid by the piece or the hour.  Their mission is simply to give you a finished product worthy of our showroom.  Our service and measuring specialists will meet with you and your contractor to make sure we understand exactly how you want the finished product to look.  We listen and make suggestions based on our experience and how it relates to your individual situation.  This information is passed on to our installation crews who follow these instructions carefully and precisely.  We are also flexible enough to adjust the installation should you change your mind during the process.
